Commercial terms
Confirm pricing, settlement, guest costs, lodging dependencies, marketing rights, and which party carries each expense. No assumed full-price yield or zero-effort promise.
For courses, resorts & golf operators
Explore a proposed partnership to structure distinctive golf access for a premium card audience—with allocations and operating terms that work for you.
The partnership idea
Distinctive cardholder access starts with a clear supplier agreement.
Swing’s proposed model would bring courses, resorts, and golf travel operators into conversations about reserved rounds, approved guest experiences, or arranged trips for premium card programs.
A first conversation should establish what you can genuinely allocate, on which dates, and under what conditions. Your members, existing channels, guest standards, and operating requirements remain part of the design.
This is an invitation to discuss a partnership, not a claim that Swing already has an issuer audience or that demand, yield, or booking volume is guaranteed.
Build around your operation
Identify dates, rounds, lead times, blackout periods, guest limits, and any lodging conditions. Define what is reserved and when unsold inventory returns to your usual channels.
Agree rate disclosure, promotion, brand assets, photography, and how the property may be named. Exclusivity must describe its actual scope, not imply a broader arrangement.
Document dress, handicap or guest requirements where relevant, arrival instructions, hosted elements, and member considerations. Cardholder eligibility does not override club rules.
Before a release
Confirm pricing, settlement, guest costs, lodging dependencies, marketing rights, and which party carries each expense. No assumed full-price yield or zero-effort promise.
Agree reservation ownership, reconciliation, release windows, changes, and how availability is communicated. The allocation must remain consistent with your tee sheet.
Assign responsibility for cardholder communication, weather disruption, cancellations, refunds, and alternative arrangements where agreed.
Start with a conversation
Share your property or operating region, the format you might consider, potential dates, and any non-negotiable guest or distribution requirements. You do not need to send confidential contracts to begin.
We’ll discuss the access, scope, and what a pilot would need. No property will be presented as a Swing partner or bookable offer without agreement and marketing permission.
